Goals for health maintenance:
The following are the target values of key health parameters that you should be aiming at. These parameters are measured by means of periodic Health Checkups. Please discuss with your doctor regarding how to go about attaining these targets. These targets are not absolute and may need to be reset by the treating physician according to the specific requirements and limitations presented by individual patients.
Body weight:
BMI <25 (for those with medium to heavy build)
BMI <23 (for those with light to medium build)
Waist circumference:
<90 cm (for men)
<80 cm (women)
Blood Pressure:

<130/80 (for diabetics)
<125/75 (for those with increased albumin in urine)
