How can I print out my health data?

You may print out information from your PHR in the following modes, using the right menu options.: 1. Master Health Report (MHR) – a comprehensive PDF report that includes the complete history and progress notes, all laboratory reports and graphic images such as of ECG, X-rays etc. This may be printed out as a hard copy or instantly emailed to your doctor or other recepients. 2. Print Medications List – prints the current list of medications and their dosage. 3. Print Test Report – prints the laboratory report of tests done on any chosen date.
